Hasn't Nicole Ritchie looked radiant lately? Everytime I see a picture of her she just looks....happy, which in turn is probably why she looks so beautiful. Her style is effortless and I love her hair(LOVE her hair), makeup, all of her choices. I think the free, feminine, bohemian look truly fits her personality and she's been one of the only celebs that has looked naturally fabulous lately- cheers to you Nicole!

Lips like Sugar

This is probably my favorite shade of fuschia and it is even a little bit deeper and richer in person. New Sugar Lips ribbon trim layered short sleeve top ($79)- love it. I'm thinking that it would be ideal tucked into my high waisted Hutton Citizens or worn simply with a dark pair of skinny Hudsons- either way it's a winner. It's a great date night outfit or a casual holiday party- you definitely won't be the wallflower.

Can't fight the urge any longer....

I've been trying really hard to squash this urge to talk about my absolute FAVORITE show right now- the Real Housewives of Atlanta. I know that it is total unnecessary drama and silly and all of those adjectives that people say about reality tv and how it turns your brain into mush but.....I like it, I really, really like it (alright, I actually LOVE it) and can't help but get a little flutter when I know a new episode is on.

NeNe is my favorite- she tells it like it is and I can appreciate her fresh boldness. Sort of starting to like Lisa but I felt that in previous episodes that she was playing both sides and I didn't like the phoniness. Sheree and Kim can have each other and go fly a kite- if you're watching the show, you know what I mean. And for Deshawn, I'm indifferent, sweet but not too much going on there.

Ok, I am glad that I was able to tell the world about this love affair- I feel much better now. I can get back to posting about Reggie & Luca but are as you as excited about the Reunion as I am? Remember my earlier posting about the small luxuries in life? Well, that hour of pure drama next week- PURE LUXURY!!!!!

Holiday Wish List item #1

The Voluspa Holiday Collection of scents- just heavenly. Decadent packaging (in this case- velvet flocked boxes and decorative large 3 wick tins- cool color combinations) and scents that just send you into holiday overload- is that a good or bad thing?:)

Makassar Ebony and Peach- sophisticated with a hint of sweetness- by far our best! You must see the black colored glass bowl that it comes in....ooh la la

Winesap Apple & Spice - cinnamony goodness that I feel is perfect for Thanksgiving right into the holidays

Snowflakes- the name says it all. Wintry, cool , and clean

French Bourbon Vanilla- I am not a vanilla scent type of girl but this happens to be my favorite. It is a beautiful rich vanilla with a deep tone of something that I just can't pinpoint- it could be a the combination of the bourbon- whatever it is- love it.

Happy day! Here are just a few early pictures from our Anniversary Event.... We had a great time and appreciated everyone who came out to share our special day. It always goes by so fast but a wonderful reminder of why we wanted Reggie & Luca to be here in Riverside.

Alright- let's be real, I have never been a fan of skinny jeans on my 5'1" frame until......these Genetic Shane skinny black jeans came into my life. At once, I began to start thinking of all the tops that I could introduce to my new friend- long tunics with slouchy boots for a la boheme effect, loose cardigans over a flowy tank and my jeffrey campbell black booties. OH-The possibilities!!!

Mood: Appreciative

Reggie & Luca's 2 year store anniversary is coming up and my husband and I are truly grateful for the support we've had these last two years from our friends and new friends we've made during this adventure. It is a true pleasure for me to go to the store everyday- we want to thank everyone for their support and we are all looking forward to many more years of shared love of clothing and fashion.

Hands down, once you take in the delicious scent of Seda France candles- you'll be hooked. Not only are the scents intoxicating, the toile pagoda packaging is so gorgeous that you may not even want to open the box but just let this pretty little thing hang out on a display table in your house (ok, not really but it IS that pretty). You won't be the only one- Oprah's favorite scent is Japanese Quince and she burns this scent in her own home- is that confirmation enough:)?

We just received the diffusers too- the best gift- packaged and ready to go. Love it as a hostess gift- you'll definitely be invited over again.

Luxury Redefined

In today's world, luxury takes on a whole new meaning. Luxury to me is spending a relaxing weekend with my husband and no cell phones. Fresh flowers every day.......from a beautiful arrangement of peonies (my favorite flower) to cut stems in a simple vase. Simple pleasures mean a lot more and require a lot less. What does luxury mean to you??
